^awsome! sounds nice man.

yes justin very good info you dropped.
Yeah I have been going back and forth on SLP's.
let me ask you this... is there any diff. in HP/FLOW RATING between LM1's and LM2's ??
b/c I would prob. go with the LM2's being they aren't quite as "raspy" or I might go with the packs.

and yes I have been waiting on a little more power...
then I am installing my Lakewood Drag shocks and H&R drag springs. (still keeping it streetable of course)

HERE IS MY HUGE QUESTION.... LONG TUBES will not work with my AUTO TRANNY will they?

thansk guys, appreciate the replies

I have heard that some tubes are bent to fit both trannies, but you should ask a local speed shop for a defenite on that. The SLP LM1's and LM2's im pretty sure flow the same...if not then the diff is negligable because you buy exhaust to getter better gains from your other mods because more air would be travelling simply because you have 2.5 inch pipes with aftermarket exhaust. If you dont want a huge diff between stock when you buy your cat back just buy some regular magnapacks with the mufflers instead of the resonators. They sound pretty close to stock and flow much better.

Wow, I sure hope I can get my buddy who's a mechanic to get me a deal like that on long tubes install. Whats a good price for a gear install? Sorry to kind of hijack this thread.

JoeyD, besides all of that, you can look at reducing weight and rotating mass/drag.

aluminum flywheel
aluminum driveshaft
electric water pump
tubular K-member -you can get a D&D with spring perches and keep stock a arms. Also would make header installation much easier.
windage tray - good for 10-20 hp depending on who you ask.
