RE: just got my car!
You won't find a supercharger for 2kish.
You'll find a used one, minus some brackets for $2,500 or a little more maybe, but then you'll need to know what you're dealing with so you can locate the parts you need.

if you are gonna spend 2k, you have to look for a used centrifical one(the ones that are powered by belts that look like a turbo) new ones cost around 3k. but ur olmost there. save up and dont do you interior. waste of money. if anything get 4.10's

Even kb's/whipples/eatons, etc are powered by belts, just to add my $0.02.

get a supercharger, you will never use the tv, my friends have them and they never use them, why would you mess with the steering wheel and the airbag that seems like to much trouble, gauges are just a waiste the ones you have look fine probably, racing seats are rediculous, red molded dash...im not even gonna get sarted on that. if i did anything with my interior it would be to add a buch of billet stuff but that would probably be under 400 for everything in chrome

red dash = [:'(] extra guages on car w/no poweradder = [:'(] racing seats in a N/A car that runs high 13's = [:'(] motorized dvd = I dunno wtf that is, but you can't watch tv while you drive, so screw that too. that's 2.5k wasted... for that you could get a SUPERCHARGER = SEX

not so much interior like carpeting as like new steering wheel, motorized dvd, new gauges, racing seats and a red molded dash kit. im figuring that will run around $2-2.5k

You should be able to get a good used vortech for around 2500. Installation isn't that difficult but you will need a tune afterwards and that will be an additional 500. Still worth it IMO, interior lowers the value of a car, and you can always take the supercharger off and resell it. Plus with a supercharger you can get gauges that actually have a purpose, like a boost gauge.
