Default computer question

If I had a 98 cobra and wanted to swap in a 5.4 navigator motor from 2001, could I use the same 4.6 cobra computer to run the 5.4? I would use the cobra intake w/adapters. So the t-body and vacum lines and electical would be more or less the same. I just dont know what I would have to do for a computer to run the motor and control the interior stuff? Will it work?

I thought the intakes were different from a 98 Cobra 4.6 to a 5.4?

4v vs. 2v?

Oh also it would be a 4v to 4v swap the 01 navigator motors have DOHC like a cobra motor. They also have the same type forged crank shaft and 6 bolt mains.
