Default clutch install reccomendations

Hello~
I am soon going to be doing some extensive work on my 97 GT. Most of it I'm pretty sure of what to do, but I want to know what you guys reccomend I do to install my clutch. I bought a ford racing King Cobra clutch kit. I have a very reputable machine shop nearby, and I am going to have them re surface the flywheel prior to installation.

I was also debating using the "medium" lock tite thread locker on the flywheel bolts and also on the pressure plate bolts, you know the one that you can break loose again but holds tight.

This is my first Mustang (of what will be many) and as such the mods will be very minor, so this clutch will do me good.

Any pointers let me know!
