Default Tranny Problems!?!

[] I was drving my car this mourning and noticed a wierd sound coming from the transmission area. Its hard to describe the sound but it def is the tranny. The car still shifts fine but as i acellerate the sound becomes more noticable. Does anyone know what this can be? i hope i dont need a new tranny im broke as it is....

Can you describe the sound at all? It could be something as small as a loose part. However, the internet isnt much of a diagnosis tool, especially when it comes to sounds...

i have an auto, I think that the trans wire is loose and the its getting caught in between gear actually, i took it for a short drive to see and the shifts are fine then they arent....

Check your universal joints first for slop or the presnce of rust dust around the X portion of the joint, if bad 10-15 dollar repair if you do yourself.
