Default engine swap

my 96 gt is in need of a rebuild and i was thinking...in terms of power...would it be worth swapping the 2v for a 99' or 01' 4v cobra engine? I was looking at rebuilt and crate engines at rhinoengines.com and they run between $3200-3900. Is it worth it? what else would i need to complete the set-up? man, 320 hp would be nice..........!

it would not really be worth it if you want big powere to put in another 2V, just get a 4V. all you need to make it run is a tune. and Billy at Modular Speed Worx can get that for you. it will be a custome SCT tune just like my 5.4 tune he got me. trust me get the 4V you will be much, much happier.
