NITROUS

RE: NITROUS
I used to be terrified of Nitrous because of all the hear say, but after doing some research I would say it is definitely safer to run a 75 shot on your car then a S/C. I am seriously starting to consider a bottle for the next time my friend starts running his mouth about how his stock WS6 Trans-Am eats Mustangs without any effort.

RE: NITROUS
Iam doing this because my friend has an 05 Subaru WRX with some mods. Iam not going to lie that thing halls ***. But the local track overhere is an 1/2 mile track and on an upcoming night they have free NO2 refills. I want to show him that I can beat him or hang with him so he cant talk ****.

The nitrous will be a great way to get some more hp out of the stang. You can go to 100 shot safely and 125 is a little risky. Def. get a good tune w/ it because nitrous is all in the tune. You should be fine then.

Well with a higher shot, you push the limits of the stock fuel pump and your A/F ratio begins to lean out. That's not good. A good tune will not only adjust your timing, but allow you to adjust the amount of spray to keep your A/F at a safe level. You might need a new higher flowing fuel pump to run a 100 shot properly.
