Default Emissions

Ok I have a '96 4.6L with an H-pipe no cats, and MIL eliminators... The emissions testing here is obd the problem is on the test results the Catalyst read not ready, the 02 Sensor read Not ready and the 02 Sens Htr read not ready... First is how do we get around this...? without putting cats back on.... is there custom programming we can get done to fix this?

What were you thinking???????????

MIL's don't make the cats reappear for the emissions test

Well before it was tested on an older machine and passed with flying colors, but these new computers picked it up... Does anyone do custom ECM tuning? if we just buy cheap cats and weld em in between the 02s and get rid of the MIL eliminators would this work...?

If one of the 02 sensor heaters was bad would the computer throw codes or just never make it to closed loop...? Also if one of the rear 02's was bad would the MIL eliminators stop the computer from detecting the bad 02...?
