I wasn't being smart. I own three mustangs and this is the newest. I have an 89 turbocharged coupe and i'm just trying to make my modular car catch up with it.
No Bro, not directed towards you...sa'll good. The rods are a HUGE weak link. I ran a dry kit on my '01 for over 4 years with a 125 shot and a 150 shot every other Sat. night. I bumped it up to a 175 shot and broke #5 and #7 rod into 3 pieces.

Mine did. I was so surprised how cheap the rods were. I knew the pistons weren't really designed for alot of juice, but I have seen bigger rods in a Brigg's and Stratton lawnmower motor...LOL
