it seems to me that you may need to redefine your definition of rice... just because you don't personally agree with something doesnt make it rice.. poor taste maybe.. but not everything is "rice"

if you can categorize "what makes rice", I betcha I can fit bumper inserts and light covers in the category with neon lights and colored windshield wipers and glow in the dark wiper fluid nozzles.

well, yeah.. I sure you could find some version of both of those out there somewhre to classify it as rice but the ones that a majority of people on here use would not be in that catagory.. I'm not a big fan of light covers.. personally I think they are a very getto thing to do to a car but I still don't think they are rice.

bumper inserts as in chrome letters? tail light covers as in tint? umm.. the letters although gaudy isn't really 'rice' becuase 'rice' is mostly de-badged or type-r-ified.... as for tints, rice is the oppisite... making them clear and bright, not dark and subtle.

Blue oval would be a good place. I got a set of the smoke ones from american muscle...mine have clear corners though and I dont know if you want that. But besides that you can get cheap cheap and get them from a junkyard all mustangs from 01-04 got em. Heres a pic of mine (I know I know its not red but this is for sitnlo)

a honey comb tail light insert is not rice, nor are the black letters that fill in "mustang", no letters that spell out "mustang" are rice. Now, if the letters were neon green and the tail light inserts were some other color like hot pink, then that would be a different story, but, tail light inserts and "mustang" letters are defenantly not rice. Anyone have any more pictures?
