I'm looking at buying this car but seems a bit high for the miles. I spoke with the owner and asked if he would take 13000 for it. He said not right now. What should I offer him?

Kinda high miles and I'd want to see the mod list, but it looks like it was loved. The price is about right for my area....

 

Yeah I asked him what was done to the car but he said he was at work and he'd call me back, maybe a long list...I hope. When he does I'll let you guys know, but what should I offer, does 13500 sound good? KBB says its worth 12K

 

You can try 13500 but I bet he won`t take it.
I couldn`t say what I would give him until I knew what it had.

 

KBB doesn't mean squat in most cases, but I would think someone that took care of a car that well (assuming) would be pretty firm. Offer him 12, see what happens. **** him if he can't take a joke....

The mods are great but I'm kind of worried because I saw a video of him burning out and doing some stupid stuff with his car.
