Default Catback install

How long would it take to remove and install a new catback system? Just looking for a general idea. If I were to do it at home or have a shop do it. Can someone please tell me from experience. I'm ready to get this mac installed on a 04 gt.....

It will take about a 1/2 hour. Cut the pipe right after the muffler and remove everything. Pretty easy. A sawsall would be the best thing to use.

yea it dont take to long about an hour if your taking things slow. just know when you install the mufflers you might have to turn em a little to get everything tucked in. (i also have a mac) the things just didnt quite sit in so i tuned em a bit and they tuck under nicely. good luck!

I would fall in line with these guys. Did mine in about 1 hour in the drive using jack stands. Nothin' fancy. Magnaflow made the insatllvery easy to do. Fell right into place and everything lined up perfect. Tails pipes come straight out and sit square. No Marty Feldman effect (I-gor in Young Frankenstein).

It depends a lot on the system you get. I had fitment issues with Mac on my old sixer. I'm going Magnaflows on the GT, so they should fit perfect, from what I've heard about them.
