Default Injector Question

Hey guys I have a question about injectors. 2 years ago I made some changes I want to explain. I installed a 75mm TB and upper plenum and BBK CAI. My thinking was with all this extra air I should be able to install 24lb injectors which I did. I do run a Diablo Predator tune and adjusted the perameters regarding air and fuel ( not huge adjustments ). Bottom line is the car runs fantastic. I have plenty of power ... the fuel milage is brutal but I only drive it 1200 miles a year so I am fine with it. Here is the question. I recently read an article that stated I should be running a different Mass air flow sensor. I have looked everywhere for a sensor for a 02 4.6 for 24 lb injectors.I have found them for 98s, 99s 00s, and 01s but no 02s.Until I find a sensor, can I create any damage? I have run it this way for 2 years and like I said it runs fantastic I just don't want a problem to sneak up on me.

thanks
Steve

Default RE: Injector Question

Go have a dyno tune done and check A/F. When they do the tune have the ECU calibrated for your stock MAF and the larger injectors.
