I went in to the shop today and finally ordered my Vortech Supercharger with after cooler. Fastlane Motorsports is going to put in the whole kit with 42lbs injectors, 255 fuel pump, LT headers, o/r h-pipe, and a SCT chip with a custom dyno tune for me next weekend. I can't wait to get it back, and hit the track, I will make sure to post pictures and videos as soon as I can.

Sounds like you just spent about 6 grand... If you paid less then that you got a good deal... Make sure you keep us updated... If I had a chance to do that I would be right with ya though... Congrats.

 

It is going to be a high-flow MAF made custom by Vortech, and yeah I spent a total of $6,600.00 for all parts install and tune.

Whats an "L" MAF?

 

I'm assuming Lightning MAF, the ones that are on the Lightning F150's.

If its not that then I have no idea lol.

 

You're going to love it. I remember the first time that I got on it after the blower. At first I said "it doesn't seem that faster" then I took off from a stop and spun untiol 80mph

 

The L maf is the 90mm lighting maf, almost everyone with FI runs one, they are simply the best/cheapest setup for a stock shortblock FI car.
