Dont waster your money on a CAI. The gains are worthless for spending 100 or more for it. Just remove the air silencer and get a K&N filter instead of the paper filter and you will get the same gains as the CAI.

Yea, the only difference I noticed was it looks prettier in the engine compartment, the throttle body air sucking noise is louder, and my wallet is lighter. [sm=headbang.gif]

My March ram air gave me an increase in throttle response and gas mileage. Don't run a paper filter, however, as any moisture will destroy it. I stick with the foam filters with an extra wrap for protection from the high-speed sand coming in.

Don't get a chrome on. The intake temp goes through the roof because of heat soak. I HATE my BBK CAI.

no it doesn't on my friend's mustang a while back we put a temp sensor in just for curiosity. pretty much stayed with the outside air temp. cept for when he was accelerating or idling.

Ok, well evidently I cant read the live data on my Diablo saying the Air intake temp was 158*. And then after putting on a stock intake tube, it dropped to 118*. Hmmm I must be completely stupid. Does someone know where i can pick up blinker fluid and muffler bearings real cheap?
