What are you trying to figure out? The picture you are showing us is the Crank not the Cam. And you have 2 cams on your engine that are under the Valve covers and you can not see them rotate with the covers on.
And your car is not gonna start without the TB and plenum on it

yeah i know this man...i was wondering what the valvetrain was supposed to look like when the cam rotates. BTW it does the same thing wheneverything ishooked up. i was thinking my valves may be bent or something when it turns over i hear a whooshing air noise from the back of the head its almost like a whistle...

I'm gonna guess here only because you have not given out very much info. Your cranking the motor over with the starter and the cams are not spinning? If so your Timing Chain is broken. And if the chain is broken and the valves are not opening when you keep cranking the motor over you are not giving the compressed air any where to go so it's finding a passage to get out there fore you are hearing a whistling sound. Air could be escaping via a Valve that is partially open are a blown head gasket. All just my .02

if your not careful you could burn up your starter trying to turn it over like that.
