Default car running rough

hey all i finally took my car out for a drive since last july.. i put in a steeda fuel pump, 24# injectors, new IAC, new PCV, electric water pump, new batterie, new spark plugs, oil change and filter, and coolent flush and fresh coolent...and for the past year the car batterie hasnt been connected so my question is... could the rough idle be because the computer has to adjust to the new mods and the fact that the bat. has been unhooked? if so how many miles should i put on the car untill the computer should re-adjust... thanks

Did you recalibrate your maf when you put in the 24# injectors?

Need to take it to a tuner. That is your problem it will run like crap untill you get a tune or put the 19# back in.

You have to get a dyno tune. Just pull the 24#ers. They arnt doing anything for you.
