What's the average rate for Sub Frames to be welded

i got a quote today for $170 for full length sub frames to get welded in.

Whats the going rate? Where do you guys get your's done at?

170 seems pretty steep to me, what are they charging by the hour?

If the shop has a lift, its like a 20 minute job. they shouldn't be charging that much for 20-30 minutes of work.

yes by the hour and 2 hours@MPH
