Default Adjusting headlights

what bolts (or whatever) are used to adjust the height and the side to side movement of the headlights cuz i just got new headlights and they point at the ground. Also about what height do i want them and any tips on getting them to that height. Thanks guys (and girls) for the help.

im pretty sure there is no side to side adjustment and theres an allen head on top of the headlight area that you use for up and down adjustment
