I have a 2004 GT and i amnot looking to go F/I so i want to get some heads and Cams but i have no clue on were to go and i don't want to waste my money on junk. I was wondering if anyone out there could recommend who to go to for these products and if the power gains would even be worth it. (also is it possible to do it myself have very little exp tearing appart engines).

would you mind explaining why you dont want F/I? wouldnt you rather have 400 rwhp rather than 300 rwhp?

 

well i wasnt really sure why i din't want to go F/I but can you do both or not.

 

youre not going to exceed much over 300whp staying N/A and it will cost a fortune. you have to at LEAST consider nitrous. you can spend 7000 getting 300 whp N/A or spend 2500 on a good superchager putting you around 350whp.

 

ok could i get some suggestions on good super chargers besides Pro Charger., and where can you get one for 2500.00 because i cant find any for under 3200.00.

i doubt hes going to build his own. look into vortech they have good kits at 2499

 

I've been searching Vortech and i've read good things about them but i can't find a place online that sells them for 2,500.00 the cheapest was just under 3,800.00 I'm in Alaska so im limited on performance shops we really don't have any. So i wondering if you knew a place online that had that kit. and if you could send me the link. thanks for all the info

 

get a stage one cam and see what you think. It costed me $600 and i did the install myself. Its well worth it you wont be dissapointed.
