I raced a guy that had a Doge Dakota with a 360 and beat him with ease. I have two videos of it at work. give me your email address and I will send it to you. He made a big deal out of it for a long time and said he could beat me. That's why we went to the track in first place. I was suprised how well my stang did.
lol, those R/T's are mid 15 second (Quarter mile) trucks (Thats like a solid 10 second 1/8 mile) If a stock new edge GT doesn't walk away from one, something is wrong with the car and/or driver.

there is nothing wrong with my car...and yes, i have a gt. butjust about everything on my car is stock...tires, gears, t/b. i have headers, which add very little power. so i went from stock hp, which was 230ish to 310 on 6 lbs of boost (plus power-pipe). i just need to get some more mods for my car.....as soon as i get some more money
Even at only 6 PSI + the PP adding one (7) you should see more than 310 WHP, unless its on a mustang dyno. There are people making 350 WHP on a completely stock GT with 8 PSI of a non i/c vortech.

Why are you running just the 6 PSI pulley? Its not a stock vortech tune is it? Even at only 7 PSI, with your shorties/midpipe/catback I would expect to see at least 330-340 WHP.
+1, very low numbers for a boosted PI motor???

Those are low numbers for being blown. But just a little heads up if your car is a DD then dont get 4.10s I have 3.73 and if I had 4.10s I would kill my self. On the highway at 80 its at 3000rpms. It did help on the take off but since you have a supercharger I think it would make yours pull alot harder. Also my car went from dieing off at about 140 to dieing of at 130 noticed the other day.Just my opinion dont get 4.10s lol.
ya but who seriously goes 130, let alone over 100 every day.

but ya if you drive on teh highway alot i wouldnt get them.

i go to coles county drag way in Charleston. it really isnt that great of a track....but hey...it works. but i'd like to the Gateway or any other track than the one i go to now
Yea somthing has to be wrong with the track or it just wasnt prepped well. I live in IL too, and my buddy ran an 8.6 in his stock Auto LS1. And my best time so far is a 9.0 on a really bad day. Try Byron if your close, always been a good track for me.
