Default Mini Tune Up

I want to change the plugs on my 00 GT . How long will it take and how hard is it to do? Is therea write up anywhere? Also, if i have a bbk fenderwell filter, can i clean it with the k&n cleaner or should i just preplace it?What type of plugs should i get? I changed my fuel filter about a week ago and im just looking for some better gas mileage.

I changed my plugs out in about an hour or so. Not to bad. I had 60000 on them, and to be honest they looked pretty good. I stayed with motorcraft. Use the cleaner kit on your K&N kit. Be cautious about coating it too heavy after cleaning it out. The oilcan possibly migrate through and get on the MAF sensor and cause issues so I have been told by a Ford Service Technician @ John Nolan Ford. It makes sense if you think about it. No change in MPG was seen, of course I wasn't looking for any though either. Nice color by BTW. Is that Sonic Blue?
