HELP!!!

Default HELP!!!

ok, my car is stalling every once in awhile, now i think it might be the sensor thats built into the MAF sensor (cuz its throwing a CEL).. but it only stalls when i have the clutch in.. so could it be the throwout bearng? ( that was a friends suggestion)

they didnt tell me what the exact code was.. just that the air intake temp sensor is reading - 40 degrees..

go to the local parts store and have them read the code for free, write it down and come back and tell us.

An IAT reading of -40 could very well cause your stalling....tell us more about when this problem occured...did you do anything to the MAF or Engineright before theCEL ?What year of car do you have?

I checked today..and according to the Engine Performance wiring diagram on your car the IAT is built into the MAF sensor...your MAF should have 6 wires....if not...the MAF isnot the right one...
