whats the power difference in a sheetmetal race intercoolier and a 3 core intercoolier???

Never heard of a sheetmetal intercooler... Most are made from aluminum, which I guess technically starts out as a sheet..

 

yeah i dont know but this website i am thinking about getting my procharger kit from offers a sheetmetal race intercooler for 250 and a 3 core intercooler for 300 and i want to know if its that big of a difference and what not you know
