Default ceramic longtubes

Are ceramic coated longtubes worth it? Whats so good about ceramic and what does it do? Anyone have Mac longtubes? How do you like them. And how do they make the car sound? Lots of questions...... basically I just wanna know everything about longtubes I can. Mechanically, how do longtubes give gains over stock manifolds?

Cermaic BBK FTW!!! I love the way mine look and perform.
My trap speed from stock to full exhaust went from 94mph to 101mph... not too shabby if you ask me.
Edit - ignore the greasy fingerprints... I didnt feel like cleaning them after the install... I was a little tired after 2 full days of install.

dont get mac...they only go on once. if you have to remove them for any reason you would never be able to get them back on.

Thanks guys, any other information?? I was wondering how they let the engine breathe better. I dont understand why since the tubes are longer that is more beneficial. Can someone explain how they work?

lemme know how they make the car sound, good luck. Has anyone installed them themselves without lifting the engine or any crazy stuff? is it possible to just get under there and drop them?
