Default Predator Question

I have a'02 GT auto, with minor bolt ons, (cai, exhaust, etc...), I know if I add gears I need a programer to set new shiftpoints. I also want the gains and improvments the tuner offers.Thing is with the cost of gas I don't want to be obligated into using 93 all the time. IfI buy the program now and won't be installing gears for awhile,CanI program with the tuner and enjoy the benefits, then say re-program in back to the stock settings after a month or two, or is it a once tuned always tuned time thing with the diablosportpredator?

You only have to use higher octane gas if you up your timing.
The rest stays the same.
And you can change settings anytime you want as many times you want. Just takes 5-10 minutes.

Don't get me wrong, you still have to park the car, cut it off, plug in the programmer and go through the motions. I have bumped my timing up like 4% (with a possible max of 10%) so I can stay off the high grade gas but still get some advanced timing in.

Now Ive read some of the benefits of the programer like, firming shifts, upping timing, toggleing eliminators... but what all can you do with it?
