My engine is about done and I have this corvette LS1 engine what would I have to do to make it work in the mustang besides motor mounts and a new computer?

Yeah when my motor goes, instead of forging the bottom and and rebuilding it, I'm thinking about just throwing a turbo integra motor. Any Idea where I can find a swap kit?

Are you serious dude? [sm=icon_stickpoke.gif] That goes against anything holy and pure. You should definitely find a new home for that LS1. But it sure as hell better not find its way into a mustang.

a guy around me has a fox body with a sbc 400 bored to a 406 and its a beast. like someone else on this fourm says putting a camaro motor into a mustang doesnt make it a fast mustang it makes it a camaro with a nice body kit.

 

put a 351 in it stay ford not chevy

 

Use your head for the engine mount...literally.
