UPDATE:
its so anti-climactic that its not even funny....you guys were right hahaha. I beat him so bad off the line the first time that I felt bad and said "best of 3?".... We then roll raced from 50 and he jumped on the 2nd honk.....which didnt really matter...i ran him down by the timei hit 75.....and to really shut him up i didnt shut down until about 115
....fast forward back to the parking lot at work and he hands me the cash while saying "just wait till I slap a turbo on it"....
yeah....by then it might be a whopping 13 second car instead of a 16.....
i now have 100 dollars that i wasnt expecting to have....its gorgeous outside....I think a small dinner, a tank o' gas, a 4 pack of guinness and a drive to the beach are in order....

the guy probably never was in a actual fast car and thought his was pretty quick i guess, but nevertheless teaches him not to underestimate another car again. good job on winning and gettingthe cash

I get challenged by those fart cannon laden imports all the time. I met a guy last weekend that wants to put a 3" exhaust on his non-turbo neon. I told him that he would accelerate like a semi truck. He smiled and said "yeah....it's gonna be fast off the line!"

I hate to said this but there are a small few that have the car to back it up. A friend of my at work has a Acura with a 2.2 liter that is runing about 400 hp turbo. This guy has done alot of work to it and knows what he is doing. This car is fast I would notrun him for money, but for every 10 hondas one willrun like this one.
