Surviving the Winter
You guys have any tips for going threw winter while driving my 'Stang?
Only have the one car, and work and college must go on.
I'll have it garaged in the night times, so it'll avoid the coldest of the times.

Same with any car driving in the snow and ice, really. Just take it slow if you're not sure of the weather conditions. How bad are you're winters? It says you're from New Mexico, so it can't be anything like the CT winters I drove my old Stang in.
Well, its the mountain region of New Mexico, somewhat high elevation. The worst I've seen it is around 3 feet of snow and 15* Farenheit.
Should I worry about the paint?

Honestly i would advise you to not drive in the snow at all! Here there was just a dusting of snow and i couldnt go anywhere without slidding..... Thats scary stuff. I would do anything to find an alternative way of transportation.
as long as you give it a good coat of wax before winter and wash all the salt off when it gets nasty and take it SLOW you should make it i drive my 02 stang year round the only thing i fear it hail!!
and take care of the chrome if you have it !!! the person that owned my car never cleaned the rims in the winter and now the chrome is bubbling and flaking on one rim really bad and started on another
