hey guys, sorry to bother you all but need some help figuring out whats wroung with my car. Today I was driving like normal and decided to be stupid and drop the car into second at around 50mph to get up and pass this slow car. well everything seemed fine till I later got to a stop sign and the engine makes this awfull rattling sound from the engine bay. it sounds like its comming from the front passenger side and I almost thinnk its one of the pullys bearings. the one response I got on the registry someone thought it might be the pilot bearing..only had this car for about 3 weeks so not sure if thats it or not, more computer savy then cars.

anyway, does anyone have any idea what I might of done to the motor? it still runs fine and later in the day the sound went away only to come back when i got it to my driveway. ive restarted it a few times and it imediatley starts the rattle sound again. I dont think its the clutch since i can play with the clutch and it does not change at all, the sound speeds up only slightly when i rev the car to 3k.

I plan to take the car in tomarrow morning but really trying to get an idea if its something simple and hopefully not too costly, thanks in advance for any help
