Default Lifting the car...

I know wheneven I use a lifter at a shop, coming from the sides I use the frame rails on both sides of the car to lift it without damaging the soft points of the body......

But what about the front and back? I just bought me a hydrolic jack (you knowoneof those100 dollar ones with the big handel and are heavy as $h!t)and I wanna find strong points in front and back of the vehicle for quick Street tires and Slick Swaps, where I can do both sides at one time, instead of going side to side.

Pop the back up under the differential, and then throw two jackstands under the rear jack points. Then just swap the tires, lift it and remove the stands.

Just do the back side to side and use the K member for the front

Not likely...

For the front you may be able to use the K member but Don't take my word for it. For the rear, the differential is not strong enough to support lifting the entire rear.

I believe you are stuck..one side...at a time.

Our cars do have frame rails they are called subframes.

OMG

YES the rearend housing is what you lift by. You won't hurt it unless you try to lift by the driveshaft or something like that. Maybe Derf00 has one of the elusive plastic diffs I've heard so little about.

At the front, there's a nice frame pad inthe middle that works great. It's also very strong.

Me? I'll just throw a jack stand under the center front and then pop the jack under the rear and let that sucker balance. Just be careful not to knock it off!

I can't recommend that for everyone though. There's morons around that will drop the car that way yanno.
