I would start with the exhaust, depending on how much money you have start with a catback or weld ins depending on money and a new mid-pipe. instant gratification as soon as you start the car.

Exhaust! You get your performance boost (a little) and sound, which I'd say counts for exterior! Get that stang sounding like it's meant to!
