Alright I just got a set of Chip Foose 18s I traded this guy for my stock 16s. He thought there limted editon or some **** . then after we traded he realzied and called me trying to trade back saying he could take me to court. well they only came with 2 center caps and im having troubel finding Foose center caps anywhere. will they rust without the center cap in the center and can i use center caps from like americanmuscle.

 

why wouldanyone trade 18" foose wheels for stock 16s?

 

sounds like he is saying the guy thought his 16s were limited edtions or something. So far as a lawsuit, unless you are the one that told him they were limited edtion I would tell him to go pound sand.

No idea on the centercaps, I would see if foose would sell em.

 

I dont know this guy was real dumb but was hella mad when he found out kept calling me and ****. I traded him at a pawn shop thing. you think he can really take me to court?

 

oh I see. Did he see the wheels before he traded you? If you didn't lieand try to pass it off like they were special edition wheels worth more than they were, I wouldn't worry.

I would tell him to bad so sad... however I would also be hoping he doesn't do anything stupid like scratch your car etc.

Special edition or no, 16 inch rims are 16 inch rims[:'(].

As far as the court thing goes... do you think that he can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you purposely misled him? As long as the answer is "no," then you don't have to worry.

 

I mean i was trying to get his rims i was like these are nice rims n ****. he was so dumb. But how could he not tell by looking at them. His were chrome stock ones were not . 18s to 16s WTF
