Of course when I first got the car I had no intention of turning it into what it is today..

Yea... Its slightly more then the TKO, but I'm concerend with the aditional costs like a good Stall Converter, all the buttons, install...... If I do get one, I want it set up like Chewie's....

I like the way where he is on line, and you hear him rev up and he's got his trans brake on but the car kinda leans foward and bursts out of the box soo smoothly..... And as he was going down the track he car just shifts smooth to.... Unlike those power shifter guys where you can see the hard shifts and there cars whobble from side to side..... Not something that would make me feel comfortable with when going down the track real fast.

STOP!!!! lol
seriously, I love the auto...as I've had autos and sticks in the past. The reason the car looks so smooth on shifts is the rear suspension. When she had the stock rubber bushings she'd wiggle. I have squared the suspension up and changed it to solids, as you saw. There is less than 1/16' difference from center on the rear and side to side. I could, not thatI would, run the carwith my hands off of the wheel and she would track straight due to the rear set up. In a perfect vacuum she would track straight with 400+ RWHP. I say that because of track prep, tire press, etc has a lot to due with it also.

Set up your rear and have fun bangin' gears!!! Suspension is the key...no sense of having bazillion HP when you can't get it to the ground. I'd rather have 300HP and put it on the ground than 500 and spin for 330'. Just ask the Cobra drivers than read my rear plate on a regular basis. (had to throw that in...lol)

How much for the EXACT same suspension set up you have? I already have the upper and lower control arms so I need the front struts and rear shocks. I might be looking at that before I go TKO this Christmas.

What do you have for a rear suspension. Bushings? Solids? half and half? Double adjustable uppers?
Price...too damn much, lol. The rear coil overs were 700+, yeah they are proud of them

Lakewood 50/50 rear shocks is all I got, and UPR upper and lower control arms if they count for anything.

I don't think they are adjustable. Knowing how everything else on my suspension isn't adjustable, I doubt they are. lol.

And I think they are the polyuathan (spelled wrong) bushings.
