what is TSB?
If my car has the same problem stated in the TSB and i bring it to the dealer would they fix it?
would i be charged for it?

It means This Sucks Balls.......

j/k [8D] Pretty much though.
It means technical service bulleton. Usually the dealer will fix the problem if it's on the TSB.
