Default exhaust issues

so I've recently had a mac o/r prochamber installed courtesy of my friend fizzics boy. unfortunately after the install the sway bar on the rear axle would hit the piping on the passenger side... I had this issue before but it was fixed when it was torched and hammered in (does that effect exhaust flow?) well we decided to fix it another day... and the days went on and I continued to drive around. well 1000 miles later, I'm at school, it was never fixed and now the clanking got worse. I decided to go underneath today ti inspect if there was any damage and sure enough the hanger on the passenger side is snapped off thus causing the pipe to get even closer to the sway bar.

Long story short... how much would it be to get the hanger fixed? And is it worth it to just replace the piping from the mufflers/over the axle/to the tips? It is mandrel bent but I really would like it just to not hit anymore!!

Yeah and don't be lazy anymore. Yeah it's cheap to fix for a little peace of mind.
