Also im dyoning my car for the heck of it coming up real soon So i will let you guys know where i stand then we can discuss the 300 range. Just for the heck of it i think my car is putting somewhere around 260-270 hp to the wheels right now. But i'll find out soon enough

 

Try advancing your timing a few degrees. That would help.

With those mods you will definitely get you close. Are your heads ported? Most people with Stage 2 Heads/Cams are running like around ~280rwhp on a 99-04 PI with the plastic intake. The 11.1 CR the better flowing intake, and a good tune should get you there.
I'm sure you are aware of the possibility of Piston to Valve contact with these motors, but its even more of a factor with shaved heads. You might want to consider getting a set of custom grinds to take advantage of the RPM capability of the manifold.

Actually im going to check out Modular Mustang Racing for their 96-98 cams if i cant use the 99-04 cams.

 

I've heard Comp Cams and VT are both great sources for Custom Cams. They can both make you a set of custom grinds for your setup. Make sure you know all the details like how much your heads were shaved and all that when you call.

 

PI swapped 2v with full boltons + cams will be dammed close to 300 WHP... you can probably hit it with your compression ratio (assuming its correct) with a stage 2 cam.
