Are they seriously cheaper???? Because I'm finding Z06 1999 to 2000 for like $26,000.00

A buddy of mine got beat in his 03 Viper by my other buddies moms pullied 04 Cobra... If I got a vette it would be a C6 z06 (LOTS AND LOTSOF MONEY), or just the basic C6.. The new body styles look awesome, and alot better than the c5's--imo.. And the c5 z06's are not much faster than the basic c6's..

i doubt youd find a viper for under 40,000 let alone 25,000. the mustang isnt even in the same class as a vette... hasnt been for a while. A C6 has potential but alot of domestics can take them stock. id say if its not a Z06 i wouldnt bother, cause a termie can take out a C6 with little to no mods. save for the challenger, hear a rumor they are putting a 6.4 in the SRT version of the vehicle... 500+ horsepower [sm=wootwoot.gif](not sure if its N/A or F/I but who the f**k cares with those numbers)

I didnt say my buddys Cobra cant be beat.. I'm saying for a $50KViper compared to a $25K Cobra, mybuddy done pretty good beating a stock Viper with a lightly modded Cobra.. And I'm sure your friend has alot more money in his 525 strokerViper, than my buddy does in hismoms cobra..To me it all comes down to a $50K(2 seater) vs. $25K Cobra (family car)= Cobra FTW

honestly vic, id just go look for a termie. i mean youre already really experienced with the 4.6 modular... you have the shops and tuners you go to.. youd be upgrading valves and with a built block.. you could make some major numbers. parts for the cobra will be alot more abundant and cheaper than building up a viper or vette, i know that for a fact. i say go with a 4 valve =)
