whats the difference or what do i need mechanical, short sweep electrical, full sweep electrical. im looking to get boost, oil presure, water temp and a a/f.
second are the a/f gauges that are not wideband any good im looking at all autometer phantom gauge just want to know if its worth it to buy the other(not wide band) a/f gauge.

an a/f guage is pretty useless unless its a wideband, dont get a mechanical oil pressure if they guages are going to be in the car. get electric, not sure on the boost

 

wideband for A/F ratio, and full sweep for your basic ones... a little more accurate than the mechanical or short

and definately get wideband if you buy a a/f, otherwise its just a light show.

Yeah, Im looking at the Cobalt Autometer Guages, I have the Boost Guage.. The Wideband A/f Guage is $315[:'(]. I havnt even tried looking online yett so im sure that price will drop.. The Boost Guage was 170(no i didnt pay that)

 

ima go with the phantom gauges i can find all but a/f for right around 45-60 the a/f is like 335

 

I have an autometer in my cobra, its the blue cobalt boost (mechanical) . Its way too bright and it drives me insane at night. Other then that, it works well and is easy to read.
I also have a Kenne Bell fuel press guage (electric) and its perfect for me both during the day and night.

 

Where are you going to Mount Your Guages??? The A pillar looks awesome!!! BUT Everyone has that one. Im looking at the A Pillar or the hiden ones by the steeringwheel.
