A half an inch in the front. I didn't take out the back cause I like the slight rake. No noise what so ever and it didn't affect my ride at all...

I've got the FRPP "C" springs and I removed both front and back isolators. It should give you between 1/4" and 1/2" more drop in front. Not much in the back tho. No noises here either.

The ride will q will suffer a bit, but it will lower the cars and xtr 1/4" or so. I use to spray the rubber undercoating on the spring pockets to quite it down the ride some, worked pretty well.

I heard no noise from the front but the back passenger side is making some clunking noise when u hit bumps.I may try that undercoating tip was that mentioned.

Here's an idea.... Take of the bottom boot of your front springs and put it around the lower coil of the back springs. It can only be about an 1/8 - 1/16th of an inch thick while compressed but would still act as a noise reduser.
