for a while now it has been hard for me to get into 3rd...i feel like i cant throw it in fast of i will grind it....last night i was messin around and went to grab 3rd and i didnt make it in....after i came to a light i started to shift slow and normal...wheni went to grab third is grinded...so pretty much every time i go to put it in 3rd just driving normal...clutch all the way to the flore...it will grind...whats my problem!!! whats wrong with the trans?

 

your syncros are gone

i had the same problem cant get itno 3rd up high in the rpms

well i ended up blowin my clutch up due to em not being able to get into 3rd

havent changed the syncs yet thow

 

how are you still driving the car? any idea how much it would cost to replace them?
