Default 350 4v

So they have a 350 stroker kit for the 5.4. Can you imagine the power you could make with a 350 stroker 4V 5.4. . . . . Thats my next engine[8D]

That would be one hell of a stroke to get that thing out to 350 because we all know the bore can't get that much larger. That thing would make peak power at like 4k rpms. The 4v heads would help but still.

Yeah, I think that would suck. Strokers generally dont make more power, just more torque. The torque would be great, but thats about it.

A 5.4 aluminum block wet sleeved with a 3.7" bore and 4v heads would be the way to go 358 cu in. That would be killer.

more like 1000 ft/lbs of torque. simple math:
4.6L= longer stroke than bore,
5.4L= taller version of 4.6L= longer stroke
5.7L stroker 5.4L= mile long stroke x pin hole bore

you'd do nothing but spin all day...but i'm sure that would be the nastiest engine at the track last i heard www.modmaxracing.com was selling stroker set ups

Yup Mod max is it. They're who have the 350 stroker kits. But still i think we can all agree that if you had the money to do it up right it would be a nasty setup wither its spray, f/i, or n/a

Feel free to correct me guys...

I heard that supercharging a stoker is dangerous and the possibility of throwing a rod skyrockets cause of the longer stroke. any truth to this or just myth? ive always been told its better to stay N/A with a stroker or at most have a shot of nitrous.
