ive been looking at american muscles nitrous kits and ive figured roughly $2000 and id have nitrous? to me that dont sound too bad. I was just goin to check the quality here with you guys first before i decide to go buy it. This is what im looking at from american muscle:

You have the right idea. I know it's more expensive to get everything at once but the tune and window switch are great choices. NX makes great nitrous kits.

 

im either thinking of the nitrous express kit or the ZEX wet kit? which one is better?

 

I'm gonna say there about the same. I think the silinoids are inside the control box on the zex kit. I think you have to get a whole new control box if just one silinoid goes out but I'm not sure 100%.

 

I would go NX. I love my setup. Where were you thinking of getting your dyno tune done?

 

i live fairly close to a few people/shops that know how. Someone im going to look into would be Bob Kurgan. If anyone knows some decent shops around the Iowa/Illinois border let me know!!!

 

looks like a pretty good list you have there. I would try and get as many safety precautions as possible for my setup with nitrous, I'd be scared of blowing something up, haha

 

sounds like you have everything covered dont forget you might want to get a tune

i plan on doing nitrous this winter

although i heard with nx its not needed. and you may also want to go to a colder plug

iam also waiting till winter on this. i just plan on buying it slowly and have it done for the beginning of next year.
