Default OEM pads.....$181 WTF!

Why are stock pads so expensive? went the ford dealer today to get them, and 181 is what the quoted me so I told them to pound sand. WAAAYYY too much for 4 brake pads.

You can also get OEM Motorcraft at less than 50% of the dealer (Front pads for 05+ mustangs for example $70). I buy all my OEM stuff there that I can for maintenance. Shipping charges are comparable to your sales tax rate anywhere else.

autozone or kragens you can get hawks hps front set for 97.xx and rear set for 50 something, if you do them right they dont squeek =)
if your close to mission viejo i could help you switch brakes out.

Not really, but I know how to do brakes, my retarded self did not include those front metal clips, so the current pads chirp, and I threw all the old stuff out.
