Default Help me decide on a stang

https://mustangforums.com/m_3776308/tm.htm my car was destroyed last week. Help me decide on another stang. Either a 94-95 5.0 gt/ a 94-98 gt 4.6 /I could almost pay cash for either of these. Or go in debt and get another stang less than 17k. (<just my personal limit)To get 03 mach or somthin. Or jus buy a pos and save for somthin big. Help i cant decide. Also which has more potential 5.0 /4.6

OOps how do i move this to regular discussion?

Ok, first, DO NOT get the 96-98 GT's. I have a 97 and I friggen love that car, but it is held back in the things you can do to it because ofit's non-pi status. Either go with the 94-95 5.0 or a mustang with a PI engine in it. My personal opinion, find a good 5.0 in the body style you like, make sure it has resonable miles and then buy it. They are cheaper, have a bigger engine and there are parts out the wazoo for them! If you can afford it, get the cobra from whatever year you decide. That is always a good way to go because if you want to modify it, some of the work is already done. That's what I think. But, if nothing else, listen to me when I say stay away from the non-PI motors. It's a good engine, but it's just too weak for being in a mustang.

I say go with a 94-95 5.0. I had a 94 GT a few years back and I loved it. Dont get a 96-98 4.6 unless you plan on a pi swap.

yeah i'd deff. go for 96-98 cobras, if not then 94/95 GT's, 5.0 and 2v 4.6's have about the same potential N/A and F/I, now something like a 96-98 cobra has alot more potential both ways because it's dohc design

94-95 has a larger aftermarket, and are easier and cheaper to fix.
