I just got a 2000 mustang gt automatic..... I no i wish it was a manual but this old lady had it and it was to good of a deal. Anyways what are some things i could do to it to help out the power.... I cant spend a whole bunch of money but i didnt no if a tuner was the way to go??/ just give some things i could do to it thanx

 

get a tunner and some gears 4.10's and exhaust

Diablo Predator or SCT

 

i would say diablo(thats what i have and im happy) but the sct has a lot of good stuff said about it. as far as exhaust listin to some mustangs and sound clips see what you like it is all personal preferance. but deffinetly get some gears

 

Sounds good i was goin to buy the diablo and how hard is it to install those gears???

 

i wouldnt do it your self unless you know what your doing. gears are one of those things you just pay someone to do

 

O/R midpipe, straight-through mufflers, diablosport programmer, 4.10 gears, shift kit and tranny cooler... you'd be shifting quicker than most stick drivers... and be consistant as well.

 

ok yea i wouldnt try to put the gears in myself? How much you think it will be to buy the gears and get them put in??? Same question for the exhaust??
