Default Are these subframe connectors on my car?

I was washing my exhaust pipes today and noticed these. They look like subframe connectors. I was curious if that's what they were? I'm assuming they are aftermarket because they don't come factory right?

Also here's a pic of my rear sway bar. Does that look factory to you or stock?

pics are too small to tell.. sway bar looks stock.

Convertibles came with Subframe connectors, but they aren't nearly as good as some Full Length Weld in Subframe connectors.

The first one looks stock, but they 2nd one looks like it was welded on poorly....But yea verts come with subframes stock, that is part of what makes them heavier.

I thought the stock subframes on the verts were just bolted on.

I doubt ford would just bolt them on...they are too cheap...I hate how they welded the front core support onto our frame[:@]

i have a vert and my sfc's are stock and bolted in place.
