me vs HEMI
all i can tell you, be careful with the reg. cab, you should take him but don't be overconfident. despite what some people have said above, they can be pretty fast truck with under $5k in mods, i had an 04 ram quad cab before this stang and i ran a 15.7@89 with just a K&N filter and stock 20" tires, i know they run bit faster with 17".

considering it is a 2 wheel drive it will run faster than 4 wheel drive trucks, but you should be able to get him,i wouldnt worry, trucks are made to haul stuff, unless ur talking about a srt-10 ram, hauling *** maybe .then u have something to worry about
The "Joker" was told that it did have a full tune. (and it does-he's my brother, i would know), brought it to a dyno in mobile alabama.but it's going down at an 1/8 mile tomarrow. im going to try and get a video. o and it is a truck but like i said before he has around 400 hp, lowered 4 in. in back and 2 in front, srt-10 rims and body kit. he's taking off his tailgate and spare too. lol he's scared. it's going to be my first time though at a track so i will be too. but thanks for the 1/4 mile times everyone. i could'nt find em.
mobile AL, damn close to home! i was a Daphne boy for 21 years. in dallas now......
anyway, i have a ton of experience on the hemi, after tearing down 8 motors to short block for cam swaps and valvetrain upgrades, i know about that engine. due to the computer and the 545rfe tranny in that truck (2 second gears), you can only get accurate dynos from 3500 rpm and up. if he has a FULL TUNE......then you might be in for a rude awakening. i can tell you that those trucks are damn near impossible to tune besides your normal hand held programmers. u either got to use a psc-1, smt-6, ot fast standalone system to get a true tune. i would really like to know the specs on that truck, from someone who knows, i have doubts. could be wrong though, but a full tune might give u a challenge.
BTW.. take no offense to the joker comment!! let us know how it goes.....would love to know all the specs on that truck.....
