Resonated exhaust tips?

Resonated exhaust tips?
I have a 4v engine with BBK LT headers, O/R h-pipe and Magnapacks catback. The rumble sounds awesome while cruising or at idle, but when I get to 2800rpms the exhaust starts screaming when I'm on it. I mean it's friggin ridiculous. I was thinking of getting a catted midpipe, but will 16" resonated tips do anything? I don't wanna waste time and money. Although I would like to get a set of rolled slanted tips. I have the thinwall slanted tips right now!
