I just picked up a 96 gt 5 speed=]

and i have around 1000 dollars now. And i'm also selling stuff from my other car and i'm also selling my dirtbike. I would like to get exhaust and gears done, Then maybe an intake and a throttle body.

I have my heart set on Slp Loudmouths. I have looked at other post when most of you bashed the slp because of loudness and rapsyness,But... i live in the county, Where everyone has loud cars and the cops dont care=]. They'd be the catback..Now x or h pipe?
mac or bbk? And also for headers..Whats the advantage of shorties from longtubes? Also 373's or 410s?.. I have a good job, and no girlfriend. So i can save money pretty quick. The car will be supercharged eventually. Are the mods i have posted a good startin point?

I wouldn't worry about bolt ons until you PI swap it.

 

Save your money and s/c 1st. The rest can come later.

 

i love my SLP LM2s but they are not loud enough and they should hav a mid pipe to accent them

 

they had some pi heads at carlise this weekend. But they'd said for 99-03? or something like that? Would they still work?

If i supercharger it now..Dont i need any supporting mods?

 

Search for PI swap. There are so many threads on here about it...

Do a PI Swap first, and once you do that, get some SLP LM1's w/ a shortie O/R H and LONGTUBE headders (shortie headders are worthless). After thats complete, supercharger it, and then get an intake gears and a tune

 

what gears would be the best for the route i want to go?

 

If you want to go with FI, i'd say 3.73's will work for you!

 

what route do you wanna go? Lots of highway driving and top end racing, F/I,go with 3.73, best 1/4 gears for bolt ons 4.10-4.30
